What type of appraisal report is provided?
If you are looking to have a residential home or a small multi-family (2-4 units) property appraised, then usually a Standard Form report is generally more than adequate for your needs. It is generally the required type of report for most financing lenders. It is also appropriate for most court requirements and tax assessment cases.
The Standard Form report (15 to 20 pages in length) is suitable for nearly any residential situation that requires a property valuation. Standard forms include the URAR (1004), 2055 drive-by and the Small Residential Income (1025) for most 2-4 family properties. With dozens of report types at our disposal, we have a form that will fit your needs.
